I'm writing a journal.  Why you ask?  Just because I feel like it. I realize that I have very few followers and I am mostly an anonymous member of the deviantart community.  I realize that very few people will actually read this. I got caught up today in a discussion of stereotypes, particularly the stereotype of American's as seen from those outside the country.  I found this discussion to be particularly interesting because of exactly how negative it was.  The general consensus was that Americans are fat, obnoxious, bible-thumping zealots who like to be in other people's business.  While I can agree that this view has it's merits, I was s

Medical school sucks.  I'm way to busy to do anything right now.  But, I am joining a club.  There you go. Clubs I belong to: #Unicorn-Club (https://www.deviantart.com/unicorn-club)

So, just a little bit about myself.  While I love art and photography, my time is consumed mostly by medical school studies.  That's right, I am a busy medical student.  I don't get nearly the time I would like to play around with my hobbies because of this fact.  I suppose that it is a good thing that your future doctor spends most of her time studying innane factoids about phosphotidylinositol pathways but it really is a bore.  Some things are fun.  Clinical rotations are fun.  The part where you actually learn how to be a doctor is fun.  Learning all the background information is not fun.  Oh well, one day, I will look back on this experie
